Enhance collaboration as well as, information and resources sharing to strengthen member relationships;

Represent EMNCC member organizations among domestic emergency management partners, and as part of Canada’s various forums related to emergency management.

Cultivate a climate for cooperation to increase mutual awareness and enable a greater understanding of the unique roles and responsibilities, identities, missions and capabilities of each member organization;

Develop, maintain, and share proven best practices between member organizations to increase efficiency and maximize resources in responding to disasters.
